Case overview

We designed a performance content strategy and created a range of polished brand videos as well as UGCs, that helped land Garage Celebrations not only on Shark Tank, but they won a deal with Mark Cuban! Consequently Garage Celebrations also partnered with WildBrain Ltd. and Sony Music Entertainment Japan to work with licensed Charlie Brown designs and Disney, and entered retail market with Home Depot.

The Brief

Our performance-driven video approach played a pivotal role in helping the brand land deals and major licensing partnerships .

Garage Celebrations partnered with Ads4scale to develop a high-impact, performance-driven video content strategy that would not only convert customers online, but also elevate brand perception ahead of major business milestones.

Our goal was to create a full-funnel content system that could fuel paid acquisition, support PR and licensing opportunities, and position the brand for retail expansion. We began with a strategic deep-dive into their target audience, emotional buying triggers, and competitive whitespace, then developed a modular creative roadmap built for both storytelling and conversion.

We executed a dual-track production approach: polished brand videos that captured the emotional essence of family celebration and seasonal magic, alongside UGC-style performance ads engineered for testing across Meta and TikTok. Each asset was designed with multi-platform use in mind: from paid ads to Shark Tank prep decks to B2B licensing outreach.

Our Approach

Our engagement began with a deep-dive audit into Garage Celebrations’ market positioning, audience psychographics, and product potential in a seasonal + nostalgic gifting space. Instead of generic “brand content,” we built a performance content strategy centered on emotional triggers: childhood nostalgia, holiday memory-making, and family-first celebration moments. We mapped creative across the full funnel – from polished hero videos to social-first UGCs with strong CTA hooks, strategically designed to test messaging angles, value props, and visual styles.

For execution, we developed a modular production pipeline: a brand storytelling series to elevate perceived value and build retailer trust, plus a set of scroll-stopping UGC-style ads engineered to drive paid traffic and validate product-market resonance. Each asset was built with repurposing in mind, fit for Meta, TikTok, pitch decks, PR outreach, and Shark Tank pre-rolls.

Project delivery

The strategy, video assets and images were delivered in several batches on time and according to the schedule.

Proper documentation

We collected all the necessary paperwork with creators and property owners in order to secure media rights to be featured on Shark Tank.

Casting

Since we were filming all the video assets in different batches and on different locations, we were able to cast close to 15 actors.

The Results

By investing 12K in a marketing content package, Bill secured a $100,000 deal with Mark Cuban, partnered with WildBrain Ltd. and Sony Music Entertainment Japan to work with licensed Charlie Brown designs and Disney, and entered retail market with Home Depot.
