These terms apply to the ads4scale website operated by Saving is Gaining, LLC. By using this website, submitting a form or booking a call, you agree to these terms. These actions do not by themselves give consent to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is requested separately.
Use of This Website
Use this website for lawful business purposes. Do not scrape its content, disrupt its operation, submit false information or misuse our forms and scheduling tools.
This website is not directed at children under 13. Our services are intended for business owners and representatives who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into agreements.
Services and Engagements
We serve owners of service-based businesses in the US. Website content is general information, not a binding offer to provide services. Each engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement. That agreement defines the scope, deliverables, revisions, payment, refund and approval terms for the engagement and prevails over these website terms if they conflict.
Fees and Ad Spend
Fees and payment terms are set out in your signed agreement. Ad spend is paid to advertising platforms separately from our fees unless that agreement says otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
Results depend in part on your lead response, sales process, capacity and the accuracy of information you provide. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of claims and materials you ask us to publish.
Intellectual Property
Site content belongs to Saving is Gaining, LLC or its clients. Client logos and creative work are shown with permission. These website terms do not transfer ownership of any work. Ownership and licensing of client work are defined in the signed agreement.
Results and Guarantees
Results shown on this website are specific to those clients and markets and are not typical. No outcome is guaranteed unless a signed agreement states a guarantee. Any such guarantee applies only on its written terms.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party advertising, booking, communication and video platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, account actions or pricing. Those platforms apply their own terms and policies.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program. Saving is Gaining, LLC (ads4scale) sends text messages to people who opt in through our website forms or other forms where we ask for SMS consent.
Message types. We send two types of messages, each with its own consent:
Transactional: appointment confirmations and reminders, service notifications and account-related updates.
Marketing: promotional messages about our services and offers.
Consent to either type is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out and no further messages after that. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To subscribe again, reply START.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Saving is Gaining, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of this website. We may update these website terms. The Last updated date shows when this version was revised. Changes to website terms do not replace a signed client agreement.
Governing Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Texas. A signed client agreement governs the applicable law for that engagement.
